Our Story

Neo Muscle started with a simple idea: to build a Yamaha XSR 155 that looked different from every other bike.

I have always liked unique machines and custom designs. When I bought my black Yamaha XSR 155, I knew I did not want to keep it in its original condition. I wanted to create my own style instead of copying someone else’s motorcycle.

One of my main ideas was a real dual exhaust system. A dual exhaust makes the motorcycle look wider and more powerful. It also gives the bike a deeper and fuller sound.

Finding a workshop that could build it was not easy. Many workshops refused because creating a functional dual exhaust from scratch required careful design, fabrication, and testing.

I also wanted a custom rear light that was different from the standard parts available for the XSR 155. There was nothing like it on the market, so it also had to be designed from the beginning.

After a long development process, the dual exhaust and custom rear light changed the motorcycle completely. The bike looked wider, stronger, and more unique. The exhaust also gave the engine a deeper sound.

This is how the name Neo Muscle was born.

When I shared photos and videos of the motorcycle on social media, people often asked:

“Where can I buy these parts?”

That interest gave me the idea to create Neo Muscle as a brand.

However, making one custom part for one motorcycle is different from creating a product for other riders.

The original custom parts had to be redesigned into a plug-and-play format. The goal was to make installation simple, without welding, cutting the frame, or making permanent changes to the motorcycle.

This required more time for design, prototypes, testing, and improvements.

Today, the Neo Muscle dual exhaust system is available for sale. The custom rear light is still in development and will be available soon. More original parts are also planned for the future.

Every Neo Muscle product is created with a simple goal: to help riders make their motorcycles more individual, powerful, and different from standard bikes.
