We proudly ship our motorcycle products worldwide.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Some handmade or custom products may require additional production time. If this happens, we will notify you by email.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• USA & Canada: 7–20 business days
• Europe: 7–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
• Asia: 5–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
4. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Neo Muscle is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue.
8. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
• The shipping box
• Shipping label
• Damaged product
We will review your claim and provide a suitable solution.
