At Neo Muscle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include all supplied hardware and accessories.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
